POTLUCK
Thanks go out to July Pot luck hosts: Beth Creary and Maria Gallo, Nicole and Rose Curcio. August hosts were the Brants and Skowrons. Thanks to them and Tioga Community Management there was a pizza party for all. It was so yummy with lots left over. Thanks!!
September’s pot luck was also picked up by the Brants!! Those people are so dedicated... what would we do without them?!?!? Keep coming out for the monthly pot lucks. They are a great way to meet new neighbors, share yummy food and lots of laughs. Just come on the first Sunday of the month to the Town Hall around 5:30pm. Bring a smile and a dish to pass, along with drinks for your own family. See you there!
Big thanks go to Jan and Gary Liljegren for lining up hosts and keeping this awesome Tioga social event going month after month.

4th of July Parade
We had a huge parade this year with red, white and blue Mini Coopers, decorated golf carts, bikes, and wagons, along with dozens of patriotic kids and adults. Water was provided by Patti Dost and TCBY brought yummy yogurt cups. If you didn’t make it this year, put it on your calendar for 2009.

Featured Town Center Tenant
This new area is designed to highlight a retail business in the Tioga Town Center as to better get to know them and the services and products they provide. This month we happily introduce you to Cherry Lane Furnishings.
Owners Jennifer and Roland Denault are not only Town Center neighbors but community neighbors as well, having lived in the Town of Tioga for 5 ½ years with their children Graham 7 and Grace 5. The store celebrated its 2nd anniversary in July. Cherry Lane continues to expand its inventory but specializes in the area of youth furniture, with a growing array of baby items as well. Cherry Lane is currently introducing a new line of convertible cribs and nursery furniture. They also have become a great resource for educational toys, vintage games, baby gifts, seasonal items and beautiful home decorating items. The best thing about Cherry Lane is it has become a real neighborhood store, where the kids like to play and the grown-ups visit and catch-up on the latest happenings. "We love meeting our neighbors; big and small!"
So please, stop by when you need a gift or want to add a personal touch to any room in the house and let them give you the personal service only found at Cherry Lane.
As a special “For Tioga Residents Only” Cherry Lane is offering 10% off all games through the month of September. (Just mention the Tioga Times.)
Hours are M-F 10-6pm. Sat. 10-5pm
